Festival of Tulips, Nice Fourth-annual event will feature wine, food, and entertainment set amid the Tulip Hill Winery’s gardens blooming with 50,000 tulips imported from Holland. Entrance to the Festival of Tulips includes a Tulip Hill wine glass for unlimited tasting, sumptuous hors d’oeuvres from several upscale Lake County restaurants, jazz music, winery tours, barbecue and dessert, and demonstrations. Winery tours will be given every hour beginning at 12:30 p.m. with the last one at 3:30 p.m. Guests will get a chance to explore the crush pad, cellar, bottling room, and everything in between, as the tour guide gives an overall view and explanation of the winemaking process. A raffle will be held each day of the event for a gift basket of Tulip Hill wine and other Lake County products sold in the winery’s gift shop.
