This home is almost a completely remodeled home, top to bottom with amenities unseen in the area. With this property you can dock your boat right at the back porch and head out to ski or fish at first light without packing up the car. 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths and about 1600 square feet, all bedrooms upstairs.
The space
I have yet to see a place in Clearlake that is up to date and modern. We have a new kitchen with quartz countertops, new appliances, new wood laminate floors throughout the downstairs, new carpet upstairs new paint, new vanities, washer/dryer, new 65 inch ROKU HDTV with DirecTV, movie channels, Sports and NFL Channel, Chromecast, WI-FI, etc.

New (2018) HVAC unit (A/C – Heat) to provide guests the most comfortable stay! *We expect guests to be respectful to the costs and keep the thermostat in a medium range. When it’s 100 degrees outside it can’t be at 70 degrees. The house should maintain a 74-78 degree temperature and turned higher when not at the property.
Guest access
A newer dock on the property gives you access to the lake. You can wake up and be on the water in minutes most of the year. Fishing right outside your back porch can be good for Bass, Catfish, Carp and anything else swimming around!

New large TREX deck built in 2019 with partial deck overhang to shield some sun from the deck with table and chairs.
Fully gated so little ones can not escape to the water, please ensure the 3 gates are latched shut.

The deck included a brand a 2022 Weber grill for your BBQ nights.
