10 Things to do in Lake County: Hikes, Wineries, Lakes & Museums
June 3, 2021
Located about two hours north of San Francisco, Lake County is located right above the Napa Valley on the map. The location doesn’t see as many visitors as the more populous cities that surround it, and because of that, it is a hidden gem in the state.
Avid California traveler and blogger, Josh [California Through My Lens], had never been so he jumped at the chance when we invited him visit and explore a new part of the state.
What he found was small-town charm, the largest freshwater lake in California, wineries, an awesome volcano you can hike, rooted history, and even a lunchbox museum among other things.
