Cookin’ on the Farm: Bread Making

There is a reason why, in 10 years of delivering cooking classes, we’ve never tackled Bread. It’s complicated! But all the best things are and you asked for it, so get ready. We’ll unpack the science and the art in this ancient tradition, do our best to discuss the all the variables and you’ll go home with a baguette!
Our Cooking Classes include a tasting of all dishes created, all ingrediants, utensils, dishware and silverware. We serve filtered, chilled, still water. You’ll take home a cooking class booklet that includes all the information and recipes in the class.
Guests are welcome to bring any beverage they’d care to enjoy and share.
