Cookin’ on the Farm: Dolmadas

Dolmadakias, Dolmades, Dolmas? It doesn’t matter what you call them, in the land of grape vines, you need to know how to make them! And this is the time. When the grape leaves of young, soft and sweet. We will harvest the leaves, make the stuffing (meat and vegetarian), the sauce and cook them up. Let’s get our Greek on!
Our Cooking Classes include a tasting of all dishes created, all ingrediants, utensils, dishware and silverware. We serve filtered, chilled, still water. You’ll take home a cooking class booklet that includes all the information and recipes in the class.
Guests are welcome to bring any beverage they’d care to enjoy and share.
