Cookin' on the Farm: French Sauces

Grab your whisk and get ready to use your wrist! These four sauces are the fundamentals upon which almost all French sauces are based: Wine Reduction & Deglazing, Roux, Béchamel (which we will develop into a seriously tasty, from scratch mac & four cheese) and Hollandaise – the sauce of the gods!

Our Cooking Classes include a tasting of all dishes created, all ingrediants, utensils, dishware and silverware. We serve filtered, chilled, still water. You’ll take home a cooking class booklet that includes all the information and recipes in the class.

Guests are welcome to bring any beverage they’d care to enjoy and share.
