Cookin’ on the Farm: Getting Meat Right, The Professional Way

There is no question that choosing meat, cooking it correctly and serving it properly can make or break a meal. Stop overcooking, undercooking and just take the fear out of getting meat right with this class. We’ll cover how meat cooks, various cuts, impact of bone-in and how to know the perfect time to take it from the heat.
Our Cooking Classes include a tasting of all dishes created, all ingrediants, utensils, dishware and silverware. We serve filtered, chilled, still water. You’ll take home a cooking class booklet that includes all the information and recipes in the class.
Guests are welcome to bring any beverage they’d care to enjoy and share.
