Cookin’ on the Farm: Glorious Greek

Mediterranean foods simply do not come any more delicious than Greek delicacies. Learn how to make hummus and Tzatziki from scratch and well as spanakopita – those amazing spinach and feta phyllo pies. Finally, master cooking lamb as we roast a rack and taste the lamb lollipops!
Our Cooking Classes include a tasting of all dishes created, all ingrediants, utensils, dishware and silverware. We serve filtered, chilled, still water. You’ll take home a cooking class booklet that includes all the information and recipes in the class.
Guests are welcome to bring any beverage they’d care to enjoy and share.
