Cookin’ on the Farm: Knife Skills

This class is a must for any avid home cook. Learn everything about knives, including the anatomy, care and types. In addition, as you are creating a wonderfully yummy coleslaw, we’ll cover how to use a knife properly and all the various cuts. Finally, we’ll toss in some wonderful and yet basic food cleanliness and safety tips. Don’t be fooled, this class is always lots of fun!
Our Cooking Classes include a tasting of all dishes created, all ingrediants, utensils, dishware and silverware. We serve filtered, chilled, still water. You’ll take home a cooking class booklet that includes all the information and recipes in the class.
Guests are welcome to bring any beverage they’d care to enjoy and share.
