Cookin’ on the Farm: Preserving: Ratatouille

If there is one class I adore more than any other, and one dish I might adore more than any other in the world, it’s Ratatouille with it’s pure celebration of all things late summer. Tomatoes, Eggplant, Zucchini, Onions and Peppers….melded into a dish to devour now or freeze for when the cold winds are howling and you can’t remember summer. Yep, our freezer gets filled up every late summer with “Rat”.
Go home with a quart to enjoy or freeze.
Our Cooking Classes include all ingrediants, utensils, dishware and silverware. We serve filtered, chilled, still water. You’ll take home a cooking class booklet that includes all the information and recipes in the class.
Guests are welcome to bring any beverage they’d care to enjoy and share.
