Cookin’ on the Farm: Real Risotto

Whether you love risotto or think it’s just an Italian word for an overpriced spoon of gloppy rice from a buffet, you want to come to this class. Study how to assess and buy the best rice for risotto, the fundamental cooking technique, how to take a ‘stir break’ or recover from ‘over stickage’ and how mesh ingredients for this ultimately flexible home meal.
Our Cooking Classes include a tasting of all dishes created, all ingrediants, utensils, dishware and silverware. We serve filtered, chilled, still water. You’ll take home a cooking class booklet that includes all the information and recipes in the class.
Guests are welcome to bring any beverage they’d care to enjoy and share.
