Do you love soup in every season of the year? So do we. We’ll cover soup principles such as cooking for the week, which soups freeze well and the overall technique of melding flavors for soups. But only in this class we’ll explore the bold and vibrant flavors of summer! Cool the heat with refreshing soups. We’ll tackle Cucumber with Crème Fraiche, Tomato Dill, Avocado & Tomatillo and the classic Gazpacho.
Class includes a tasting of the dishes created, a take home booklet of all class information and 2 hours of fun!
Attendees are welcome to bring wine to enjoy during the class.
