Cookin’ on the Farm: Something Fowl is in the Air

Chicken, Duck, Goose. Let’s talk Fowl! Everyone’s favorite meat to fear and overcook. We’ll talk about safe sanitation and cooking temps, debone some birds and explore the best cooking methods for the delicate, beautiful meat.
Our Cooking Classes include a tasting of all dishes created, all ingrediants, utensils, dishware and silverware. We serve filtered, chilled, still water. You’ll take home a cooking class booklet that includes all the information and recipes in the class.
Guests are welcome to bring any beverage they’d care to enjoy and share.
