Cookin’ on the Farm: Tuscan Feast

There are many reasons why Tuscany is on everyone travel list, the food is certainly one of those reasons. Learn how to create three of the most classic Tuscan dishes, Panzanella (Tuscan Bread & Tomato Salad), a Fresh Spring Vegetable Risotto and the irresistible Bistecca Fiorentina (Steak Florentine).
Our Cooking Classes include a tasting of all dishes created, all ingrediants, utensils, dishware and silverware. We serve filtered, chilled, still water. You’ll take home a cooking class booklet that includes all the information and recipes in the class.
Guests are welcome to bring any beverage they’d care to enjoy and share.
