Come Cook with Us!
Let’s get at it! We will be working with an amazing heritage, organic pasture-raised pig from Foxtail and Vicki will be on hand to tell us all about it. We will bone a shoulder and butt, grind the meat and produce both italian and breakfast sausage. Time to know…what’s in your sausage.
Our Cooking Classes include a tasting of all dishes created, all ingredients, utensils, dishware and silverware. We serve filtered, chilled, still water. You’ll take home a cooking class booklet that includes all the information and recipes in the class.
Guests are welcome to bring any beverage they’d care to enjoy and share.
