Dancing Poly Cookin’ on the Farm: Vegetarian Entrees

Vegetarian entrees should be neither an afterthought or just all the side dishes! This is our one and only all request class. When you sign up, we’ll discuss the things you’d like to learn how to cook. Some past examples: Spinach Lentil Soup, Roasted Vegetable Tamales, Pressed, Marinated and Sautéed Tofu, Moist and Delectable Lentil Loaf and, of course, Vegetarian Lasagna. But you name it and we’ll cover it!
Class includes a tasting of the dishes created, a take home booklet of all class information and 2 hours of fun!
Attendees are welcome to bring wine to enjoy during the class.
