The art of low and slow smoking of meat is a time honored skill. We’ll cover brining, marinades, rubs and, of course, BBQ sauce. Then learn the Texas way with Brisket & Ribs and we discuss regional BBQ across the nation and what historical and geographic factors impacted the regional meat cuts and cooking techniques.
Class includes a tasting of the dishes created, a take home booklet of all class information and 2 hours of fun!
