Barrels & Verticals 2023

Taste wines in the process of aging in barrel against ‘verticals,’ or several in-bottle vintages of the same wine. Tasting multiple vintages displays how age-worthy wines evolve after bottling.  Understand the mastery of wine making that allows wines to develop for years to come. Tasting through barrels and verticals displays how different types of oak inform the development of wine.
