Shed Horn Cellars is the vision of long-time Lake County resident and award-winning winemaker Michael Wood. After years of training, gaining knowledge, and experience, he decided to pursue his own winemaking passion and his vision for Shed Horn became a reality. He crafts quality wines and strives to make them better with each vintage.
The “shed horn” in the name represents the noble Elk that sheds its antlers each year to grow them stronger for the following year.
