Mark your calendar for Saturday, November 15, and join us at @soperreasetheatre in Lakeport for this cultural program in cooperation with Lake County tribal leaders, expanding outreach in the community.
Admission is free to this event (5pm start time), which includes a Pomo jewelry sale, tribal dances, elder stories, and the short film, “Tule,” directed by Jocelyn Garcia, a member of the Big Valley Band of Pomo Indians for a BFA thesis project in the San Jose State University Animation & Illustration program.
This is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about the rich history of Lake County’s tribes.
