Each summer, the Blue Wing features a series of special ticketed dinners in the garden between the Tallman Hotel and the Restaurant. Tonight’s dinner features the fine wines and olive oils from the Chacewater winery and olive mill in Kelseyville. Chef Pablo Aguilar has created a delicious 4 course menu featuring fresh-caught California king salmon or buffalo ribeye steak from the J & S Ranch in Ukiah, all carefully paired with Chacewater wines. Owner Paul Manuel will be here to talk about his business and to discuss the food and pairings. Paul Kemp will provide background music on the piano.
