Chef Pablo Aguilar has created a SPECIAL MENU to pair well with the outstanding spirits created by master distiller Crispin Cain at the MENDOCINO SPIRITS distillery in Redwood Valley. The event will take place under the shade of the sycamores in the garden between the Blue Wing and Tallman Hotel. Crispin Cain and Tamar Kaye will be here to talk about the spirits and the food pairings between courses and Paul Kemp will provide background music on the piano.
