Blue Wing Saloon & Cafe

The Blue Wing Restaurant is part of the historic Tallman Hotel property in Upper Lake, California.
The Restaurant is a re-creation of the town’s original saloon built in the 1880’s and was demolished during Prohibition. The inviting interior is complete with an ornate Eastlake Style back-bar, a black walnut long bar milled on site, and old-growth redwood wainscoting salvaged from the hotel next door. The exterior includes a comfortable heated veranda and garden seating.

The full-service restaurant and bar features California comfort food, local wines, micro-brews and a full bar—all available at affordable prices. Dine al fresco year ’round on their heated veranda, enjoy weekly live music or relax on their shaded covered patio during warm weather.
